Our Commitment To You
Serving the community since 1959
At West Herts Crematorium, we are committed to providing all the support and guidance you need and to help you arrange the most appropriate cremation service. When you are placed in the position of arranging a cremation service – whether for a family member or a close friend – we understand the pressures you face.
Staff at West Herts Crematorium will always respect your need for Privacy and Dignity
We will help you with the practical issues of arranging the service, and make sure you are informed of the necessary protocols and fees that will need your attention.
We will also do our best to meet any specific requirements you may have. Our staff will try to respond to your wishes relating to the day and time of the cremation service and other matters, such as the nature of the service and the music you prefer. We appreciate that the tiniest details can make a huge difference to those present.
We set very high standards at West Herts, and endeavour to meet them at all times
